Stuffed Mushrooms
These tender mushroom caps filled with cheesy, garlicky goodness are the kind of party food that disappears faster than your grandma’s secret fudge recipe.

- 16 large white or cremini mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking tray.
Clean mushrooms, remove stems & finely chop stems.
Sauté garlic, onion & chopped stems in olive oil until soft.
Mix sautéed veggies with cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt & pepper.
Stuff mushroom caps generously.
Bake 18–20 mins, until tops are golden & bubbly.
Garnish with extra parsley & enjoy warm!
