Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking tray.
- Clean mushrooms, remove stems & finely chop stems.
- Sauté garlic, onion & chopped stems in olive oil until soft.
- Mix sautéed veggies with cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt & pepper.
- Stuff mushroom caps generously.
- Bake 18–20 mins, until tops are golden & bubbly.
- Garnish with extra parsley & enjoy warm!
