Jalapeño Poppers
Crispy, creamy, spicy, and absolutely addictive—jalapeño poppers are the ultimate finger food. Baked (not fried!) and stuffed with a dreamy combo of cream cheese, cheddar, and crispy bacon, these bite-sized snacks are everything you want on a game day platter… or a random Tuesday when you just need something delicious.

- 10 large jalapeños halved and deseeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 6 slices bacon cooked crispy
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp chives chopped (plus 1 tbsp for garnish)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional Toppings:
- Crumbled bacon from 2 extra slices
- Sour cream or ranch for dipping
- Hot honey drizzle
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook bacon until crispy (15–18 mins); crumble 4 slices for filling, reserve 2 for garnish.
Prepare jalapeños: Slice in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds/membranes.
Mix filling: Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic, chives, salt & pepper.
Stuff jalapeños with the cheese mixture (don’t overfill).
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with crumbled bacon and extra chives. Serve warm!
