Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy (15–18 mins); crumble 4 slices for filling, reserve 2 for garnish.
- Prepare jalapeños: Slice in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds/membranes.
- Mix filling: Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic, chives, salt & pepper.
- Stuff jalapeños with the cheese mixture (don’t overfill).
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon and extra chives. Serve warm!
