Cheeseburger Sliders
If cheeseburgers and party appetizers had a baby, it would be these irresistible cheeseburger sliders. Think soft, golden Hawaiian rolls packed with juicy beef, melty cheddar, and buttery tops sprinkled with sesame seeds.

- 2 lbs lean ground beef 90/10
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ yellow onion finely diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup real mayonnaise
- 6 oz cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 pack 24-count Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Sesame seeds optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking sheet.
Sauté onion in olive oil, add beef & seasonings. Cook until no longer pink.
Drain fat, then stir in mayo.
Slice rolls in half; place bottoms on baking sheet.
Layer with sliced cheese, beef mixture, then shredded cheese.
Add top buns, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 15 mins (or 18 if chilled) until golden & melty.
Slice & serve warm!
